This crochet butterfly decoration is made with purple and yellow yarn in a hexagonal granny square pattern. It’s only 6 inches wide and 4 inches tall with pretty scalloped edges and flower motifs. I love how it looks on the green grass, perfect for spring garden decor or as a gift accessory! 🦋
One mistake I see all the time with crochet jellyfish is not blocking the tentacles properly – they end up straight instead of these gorgeous spirals! Here I used white and royal blue yarn with ruffled edges and long curling tendrils hanging against a light wall. Blocking really makes them pop and flow so elegantly 🧶 give your next one that extra step! Save this tip for your own project!
